We prefer you report your child's absence online, by filling out this form, but if you need to call, please dial our main office line and listen for the prompts: (224) 345-7146 PLEASE NOTE: Please report student absences with this form before 9:00 A.M. After 9:00 A.M, call the school office. If you are reporting a student who is arriving late or leaving early, please call our school office at 224-345-7145 instead of completing this form.
