Mrs. Kari Resch

Kindergarten Teacher

ABOUT ME

Mrs. Resch began teaching at Saint James in 2002 and became a teacher in 1997 because she loves working with children.  She believes children learn best through hands-on activities. Mrs. Resch uses center-based learning and all activities are differentiated to meet the different needs of each student – not every kindergartner learns in the same way or is at the same level.  Mrs. Resch encourages creativity in the classroom through center-based learning and makes learning fun through a wide offering of activities.

Mrs. Resch graduated from the University of South Dakota in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood.  She also has a Special Education Endorsement from Morningside College.

ABOUT ME

Miss Lollino is so excited to be teaching Kindergarten at Saint James this year! This will be her second year teaching at Saint James School. She graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Teaching English as a Second Language. Receiving her education at such a great university allowed her to work in a variety of school settings all throughout her college career. Those experiences led her to living her dream of becoming a teacher here at SJS.

When Miss Lollino is not in the classroom, she loves spending time with her huge Italian family, cook, bake, read, play tennis, and travel.
