Application Information 2012-2013
- Application for all grades begins Sunday, January 29, 2012.
- Application forms and payments are due Friday, March 2, 2012.
- Application forms should be returned with book/supply fees.
Book/supply fees returned with application forms by March 2, 2012 are as follows:
- PreK-3-$125.00 per child
- PreK-4-$175.00 per child
- Kindergarten through Grade 8-$275.00 per child
Application forms returned after March 2, 2012 require the following book/supplies fee.
- PreK-3-$175.00 per child
- PreK-4-$225.00 per child
- Kindergarten through Grade 8-$325.00 per child
Applications for admittance follow the following protocol:
- Current students of St. James School
- Sibling of current students at St. James School
- Children of current St. James parishioners
- Children of non-parishioners
Once the office has received your completed application form(s) and fee(s), a Tuition Contract will be sent to you. There will be specific instructions on this form regarding tuition. Tuition will be published prior to spring break. You can expect a modest increase in tuition.
- Kindergarten –Grade 8 book/supply fee is refundable up until April 15.
- PreK book/supply fee is not refundable.
- On boarding meetings will be held in May for families new to St. James School.
- An Orientation Day will be held in August before school begins. At this time, representatives from various school departments and organizations will be available. Purchase of spirit wear and P.E. uniforms can be done at this time. Further information will be communicated at a later date.

2011 - 2012 Participating Parishioner Rate
To be considered a Participating Parishioner, families will meet the following criteria:
- registered parishioners of St. James who regularly attend Mass and are active in parish life by participating in parish and school activities
- families who assist St. James Parish by regular use of their Sunday and Holy day contribution envelopes, meeting the expected minimum guidelines of $1,000 per tuition year (June 1-April 30).
*All Kindergarten students are eligible for the K-8 multi-child discount.
*Families paying the 1 Child (Full Day K) rate of $4,758 are eligible for a St. James Loyalty tuition rebate of $500 credited towards the 2012-2013 academic year.
