Maura Hogaboom, SJS Class of 2015, is the recipient of the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (ACCW) Golden Rose Award. The Chicago Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women is an inclusive community of Catholic Women who seek to empower and educate its members in spirituality, leadership and service.

Each year, the Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (ACCW)  hosts a Golden Rose Awards breakfast that recognizes young women of high school age from each Vicariate who show leadership, portrays spirituality, have gone above and beyond in service projects, and are practicing Catholics. The Women of St. James nominated Maura from our parish. She has achieved excellence in academic success and leadership,  but has also shown deep dedication to her faith and displays a great passion for social justice through many activities.
